The Huge plus with Social media is the Interaction factor. Face book and Twitter are amazing places to get a connection with people that have the same interest. I don't think the same personal touch can be achieved through any other means. It has Never been more apparent that you need to get into every type of gadget, marketing- bookmarking there is.
